The Fayhr Council

The Fayhr Council is the executive board of the Fayhr Cooperative, responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Fayhr Protocol. Their activities include:

  • Role Assessment: Assessing and accrediting suppliers, contractors, and Fayhrers to ensure the security of funds, products, and services for cooperative members.

  • Protocol Upgrade and Features Assessment: Analyzing existing and new features and providing operational reports to cooperative members before making recommendations for governance.

  • User Adoption Activities: Conducting special research, marketing, and partnerships to expand the reach or utilities of the Fayhr Cooperative and the Community Token.

  • Fee Disbursement: Disbursing crowdfund agency fees. Contributors at the Sub-Coop level can receive their cut only when the Fayhr Cooperative approves their proof-of-work documents. All fees from transfers and exchanges of the Community Token go to the Cooperative Treasury.
