Sub-Cooperatives
Scalable & Decentralized micro Cooperatives
Sub-Cooperatives represent Fayhr's efforts to scale in a decentralized fashion, allowing users to form new communities or for existing communities to join the Fayhr Cooperative and enjoy the ecosystem's products and services. Notably, Sub-Cooperatives themselves are DAOs, enabling them to autonomously decide who their Fayhrers and contractors are and what products they wish to purchase. This structure ensures that both community decisions and funds are controlled by the members, not by third parties.

Sub-Cooperatives are DAOs of consumers who come together based on regional or product/service interests, aiming to acquire products or services that meet their collective needs. They operate autonomously, making decisions and functioning independently of the Fayhr Cooperative Association. Sub-Coops can be newly created or onboarded, meaning existing co-ops can join the Fayhr Cooperative with minimal expense, gaining access to local individuals with shared product or service interests. Sub-Coops are integral to Fayhr's scalability strategy, emphasizing member welfare and local impact.
A Sub-Coop comprises members, Fayhrers, contractors, and product/service suppliers, all working together to ensure the community runs smoothly. Members vote, contribute, and share the products/services. Fayhrers distribute these products or services to members. Contractors organize distribution, marketing, and supply partnerships for members, and they are elected by tokenized members - Fayhr soul-bound token holders. Suppliers are companies, industries, and firms that offer products and services to Sub-Coop members.
