The Process to a Fayhrer Economy

The Sub-Cooperatives Experiment: In this stage, we experiment with how Sub-Cooperatives will operate to provide guidelines to management, Contractors, and Fayhrers. This involves launching a pivoted Fayhr Oracle (Fayhr V1) and testing it out in a small community in real life.

The Expansion Phase: In this stage, we implement lessons learned from the first stage and launch a more robust version of Fayhr Oracle (Fayhr V1.5). This phase involves onboarding users and new projects to our platform without decentralized governance. Contractors and Fayhrers will start operations here.

The Cooperative Stage: This stage involves the launch of the Fayhr Cooperative, Fayhr Council, Fayhr SBTs, and Fayhr Community Token. At this level, we begin implementing the decentralized governance system discussed in earlier sections, shifting control of the platform from Fayhr Labs to the Fayhr Cooperative and Fayhr Council. This phase will see the implementation of the decentralized version of Fayhr Oracle (Fayhr V2).

The Special Oracle Stage: This stage sees Fayhr expanding and creating model cooperative contracts to suit specific governance models for all cooperative types. Additionally, we will offer decentralized cooperative-as-a-service contracts to existing cooperative organizations in a way that suits their use case. Fayhr Community Tokens and Fayhr SBTs will see cross-contract and cross-chain applications.

Multi-National Expansion: In this stage, Fayhr Cooperative expands, creating a presence at home and abroad through members, member firms, and suppliers.

Each stage involves significant work, and we will enforce an internal roadmap to ensure we achieve our goals.
