Governance Process

This involves Fayhr SBT issuance, elections, and general platform governance.

  • Intending Governor Members need to stake community tokens with the Fayhr Oracle to acquire specific SBTs.

  • Special roles like council membership, contractors, and Fayhrers require scrutiny and elections.

  • After the SBT is issued, users can access intended roles and/or participate in Fayhr governance.

  • Elections are held at the cooperative level to appoint or remove council members and at the Sub-Coop level to appoint or remove contractors and Fayhrers.

  • Governance voting covers protocol changes, features, SBT staking collateral, token transfer fees, supplier accreditation, community token rewards, and more.

By splitting membership into two factions, Fayhr accommodates members who don't want to join the cooperative but still want to enjoy its products and services, ensuring both inclusion and stability at all levels.
